Buying a home can be a daunting task, there are so many moving parts and so much to know. That is why our 10 step Buyer’s Success System starts with information and education:

Step 1: Identify Your Real Estate Goals

In our first phone consultation we will identify your real estate goals together and discuss how I can support you in achieving them. I will also set up a free client portal which will automate your home search and allow you to manage the properties you are interested in online. Step 2: Get Pre-Qualified For A Loan

Getting pre-qualified for a loan. If you have enough cash saved up to make your home purchase that’s great! Most people need to finance their home purchase and getting pre-qualified for your loan is a crucial step on your road to homeownership. I can refer to a good mortgage broker who can help you get the best loan product for you. This step will also help us determine how much house you want to buy based on your payment comfort.


Step 3: Buyer’s Consultation

We will meet for your free buyers consultation and go over our Buyer’s Survival Guide To A Changing Market that will walk you through the buying process from beginning to end and give you the opportunity to get your questions answered. Step 4: Finding Your Home Of Choice

Once you are pre-qualified the fun part begins:  looking at houses. We will tour prospective properties until we find your home of choice.



Step 5: Writing An Offer & Negotiating

Once we find your home of choice I will help you write an offer and I will negotiate on your behalf to get you the best value.



Step 6: Inspections

I will walk you through the escrow and inspection process and make sure that your home of choice is a quality home that will meet your needs.



Step 7: Processing Your Loan

I will help facilitate your loan process with the mortgage broker and will walk you through the closing process.



Step 8 – Closing

I will be present at your signing appointment to support you in the closing process.




Step 9: Getting Your Keys

I will deliver your keys and provide you with resources to help you run your home in a healthier, more energy efficient and environmentally friendly way.



Step 10: Your Consultant For Life

I will be a continued resource to answer any questions that you have about your new home. You have my consulting services for life.
